Cheques should be in UK Sterling and made payable to Alistair Swatridge, however, this is not the preferred option. Your order will ONLY be dispatched once the cheque has been received and cleared. You will then be notified that your order has been accepted and only then will the painting be dispatched. The preferred payment method is by PayPal.
PAYPAL / CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS
Payments online are undertaken by PayPal. They accept all major credit and debit cards and currency conversion is automatic and may be made from the majority of countries and bank accounts worldwide. Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your bank details are not stored or made available to us in any way. Should you wish to purchase more than one painting, please contact me directly and I can invoice you directly using the PayPal invoice system.
Please Note: Under NO circumstances will any bank details of SeascapesByAlistair be released and no bank details will ever be required from our customers.
We pack all paintings as securely as possible. Each painting will be reinforced with bubble wrap, and cardboard to ensure strength. The package will be covered in tape to ensure it is showerproof whilst enroute and remains secure to withstand the rigours of the postage system. All packages will be first class, tracked and require signature on arrival. Tracking details will be sent to you once posted. We endeavour to have the goods arrive within 7 days in UK /Ireland and 14 days worldwide, of your order confirmation. We regularly ship overseas, but please be aware that delivery times vary and may be longer at peak times. Any custom taxes etc. are NOT the responsibility of SeascapeByAlistair. We normally attempt to dispatch within 1-3 days of your order being redceived. Please contact us if you have any queries or if you wish alternative delivery arrangements
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 7days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to - firstname.lastname@example.org - cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, cheque etc.).
DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERY
Seascapesbyalistair ship seascapes around the world usually using UK Royal Mail or Irelands An Post couriers. Worldwide delivery can experience delays especially at peak times due to an individual states Customs requirements either in UK (Heathrow sorting office) or in the receiving country. In the unfortunate circumstances where goods shipped by our courier are lost, a full refund will be made iaw UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts regulations 2013. A full refund will be made within 21 days after the goods have been declared lost by the courier. (This is usually 10-15 days depending on courier terms and conditions), however, refund will be no longer han 30 days from the expected delivery date, iaw with the Regulations.
